Account Contact Information Setup

To access all platform features, you must provide complete account contact details.

Setup Instructions:
Go to Account Management > My Profile and fill in the following:

• Full Name

• Country/Region & Detailed Address

• Phone Number (can differ from your secure mobile number)

• Postal Code

• For Business Accounts: Company Name & Tax ID

How Your Contact Information Is Used:

• Billing Address for purchases and buyer details on invoices.

• Tax Calculation during checkout (based on your provided location).

• Platform Communications when necessary.
