Pricing
Billing Components
Linkraft fees consist of two parts. Understanding this distinction is important:
| Billing Item | Purpose | Billing Method |
|---|---|---|
| Plan subscription | Determines which features you can use and your resource limits | Prepaid, periodic subscription (monthly/yearly) |
| Credits | AI capability consumption quota, deducted as you use | Included with plan + can be recharged separately |
1. Plan Subscriptions
Plan Comparison
The platform offers two plans:
| Plan | Positioning | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | Lightweight website building, quick launch, meeting basic needs of individuals and small/micro businesses | Monthly: 4.9/month Yearly: 19.9/year |
| Pro | Comprehensive professional features, suitable for growing businesses building brand websites | Monthly: 8.9/month Yearly: 44.9/year |
Core Differences Between the Two Plans
Plan differences are mainly reflected in the following dimensions:
| Difference Dimension | Description |
|---|---|
| Database capability | Some plans do not support database use. If your needs involve data storage (booking, membership, form records), upgrade to a plan that supports databases |
| Database space limit | May be reached when content volume is large; upgrade when needed |
| Storage space limit | Upper limit of storage space used by media (images/videos/audio/files) |
| Premium plugins | Premium plugins are services customized for complex functions to ensure stable and reliable generation. Lower plans do not support calling them |
| Included Credits amount | Different plans and purchase periods (monthly/yearly) include different amounts; refer to the page display |
Specific specifications, feature lists, and prices are subject to the product details page of your sales platform. Configuration may vary across sales channels.
What Happens When Plan Capability Limits Are Reached
During AI generation, if your needs exceed the current plan's capabilities, the system will prompt you with a popup instead of failing directly. Here are the four common prompts:
1. Current Plan Capability Limited (Database)
The current plan does not support database use. If you need database features, please upgrade to the corresponding plan and then click Continue. You can also choose Continue directly, and the result will be generated without using the database.
Your choices:
- Upgrade plan → Get full data storage capabilities
- Skip database calls and continue → The website will still be generated, but data storage-related features will not work (for example, booking forms can be filled out but records will not be saved)
2. Premium Plugin Upgrade Prompt
The current plan does not support calling premium plugins. Upgrade to continue after upgrading.
Your choices:
- Upgrade plan → The feature is implemented by a dedicated custom plugin, with guaranteed stability
- Skip plugin calls and continue → Will be implemented by AI autonomously, function availability cannot be guaranteed
3. Database Space Insufficient Prompt
This added requirement involves more database space, exceeding the current plan's database space limit. Please upgrade the plan and continue.
At this point, you must upgrade or clean up data first before continuing.
4. Storage Space Limit Reached Prompt
Your storage space has reached the current plan limit. Please expand capacity or upgrade the plan before continuing.
You can free up space by deleting unused media, or upgrade the plan.
2. Credits
What Are Credits
Credits are the platform's AI resource quota. Any operation that invokes AI capabilities consumes Credits.
Where Credits Are Consumed
Credits are divided into three categories by purpose:
| Purpose Type | Typical Operations |
|---|---|
| App development | AI conversational website building, generating requirement documents, generating/modifying page code, AI creating pages |
| Images | AI-generated images |
| Videos | AI-generated videos |
Operations that do not consume Credits (important, as this determines long-term operating costs):
- Publishing/editing articles in the backend, listing or delisting products
- Uploading and managing media
- Manually changing text, replacing images, or adjusting styles in the visual editor
- Binding domains, configuring DNS, configuring SEO, configuring authentication parameters
- Publishing websites, switching plans
In other words, daily operations after the website structure is finalized basically do not consume Credits.
Where Credits Come From
Credits have 6 source channels:
| Source | Description |
|---|---|
| Plan purchase | Included when purchasing a plan subscription for the first time |
| Renewal | Included upon renewal |
| Upgrade | Included when upgrading to a higher plan |
| Recharge packs | Separately purchased Credits resource packs |
| Trial bonus | Included when starting an AI conversation for the first time, for free trial |
| Activity bonus | Given away through platform marketing activities |
On the Credits page, you can view every acquisition record (source, amount, validity period) and consumption record (purpose, amount, associated site).
Credits gift and purchase rules are subject to the page display.
Validity Period and Deduction Order
Validity Period
- Credits included with plans: usually valid for the plan period.
- Separately purchased recharge packs: have a fixed validity period.
- Expired Credits change to "Expired" status and can no longer be used.
Deduction Order
The system automatically deducts in the following priority; you do not need to manually select:
1. Deduct "about to expire" Credits first ← Avoid waste
2. Then deduct Credits included with the plan subscription
3. Finally deduct separately purchased recharge packs
This order is designed to minimize quota expiration waste.
3. Free Trial
First-time users can receive a certain amount of Credits (shown as "Trial Bonus") to experience the complete AI website-building process — including conversation, PRD generation, website generation, and preview.
Trial limitations:
- Websites created during the trial must purchase any plan before they can be officially published. You can design and preview before purchasing, but visitors cannot access them.
- The number of trial instances has an upper limit; exceeding it will prompt "Trial instance limit exceeded."
If you have not purchased a plan when publishing, the top button will show "Purchase and Publish," and clicking it will complete the purchase before automatically publishing.
4. Order Types
The platform supports four order types:
| Type | Description | Key Rules |
|---|---|---|
| New purchase | First purchase of a plan subscription | Repurchasing for an already paid site will prompt "Site instance already paid, no need to repurchase" |
| Renewal | Extend the plan validity period | It is recommended to renew before expiration to avoid the site entering "Expired" status |
| Upgrade | Upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan | Only upgrades are allowed; downgrades are not permitted |
| Refund | Apply for a refund | Refunds are supported, but only the remaining amount is refunded. For example, if you purchase Linkraft for 1 month and apply for a refund after 10 days, the refund amount will be calculated based on the purchase duration and days used, returning the amount corresponding to the unused duration. Specific policies are subject to the product description on the sales platform. |
About Upgrades
- Upgrading will include corresponding Credits.
- The system validates "downgrades are not allowed; only upgrades from lower to higher plans are permitted," and also validates whether the current site supports the target plan.
- After upgrading, features previously skipped due to plan limits can be supplemented by continuing the conversation with AI.
About Refunds
- Plan subscription refund policies are subject to the product description on your sales platform.
- Credits recharge packs are generally non-refundable. Please purchase according to actual needs.
5. Expiration and Release
This is the part that requires the most attention, as it involves data security.
A site has two end-of-life stages:
Plan expires → [Expired] Site access suspended, data retained → Beyond retention period → [Released] Resources permanently reclaimed
| Stage | Site Status | Data Status | Recoverable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Expired | Expired | Data retained | Can be restored by renewing |
| Released | Released | Data and resources cleaned up | Not recoverable |
⚠️ Strongly recommended: Renew as soon as possible after receiving the expiration notice. Once the site enters the "Released" status, site data cannot be recovered and must be recreated from scratch.
