Bonus Points

NamesLink Bonus Points is a reward system designed to benefit our users. Participate in domain auctions to earn points, which can be used to offset purchase amounts when buying domains.

How to Earn Points​

Participate in Pre-release domain auctions, and if you finish in second place, you will receive 5-5,000 points. Points are automatically calculated by the system based on the following rules:

Eligibility:

  • More than 2 users participated in the auction

  • The winning bidder is a NamesLink customer (not an external bidder)

  • Points are awarded after the domain is successfully transferred (approximately 27 days after the auction ends)

Points Awarded:
For auctions meeting the above criteria, NamesLink will award 5-5,000 points to the second-place bidder based on our algorithm.

How to Use Points​

Points Redemption Rules​

  • Redemption Rate: 1 point = 0.1 USD

  • Redemption Limit: Points can offset up to 20% of the discounted amount and can be combined with other discounts

  • Applicable Scope: Points can currently only be used for Pre-release domain orders

How to Redeem​

Manual Payment:
On the payment page, you can enter the number of points you wish to use in the "Points Redemption" field, and the system will automatically calculate the discount amount. Points used for a single order cannot exceed 20% of the discounted price.

Auto-Payment:
The system will automatically redeem points in the order of winning bids, applying the maximum redeemable amount until points are exhausted or the order is fully paid.

Points Refund Policy​

If a winning domain is not successfully transferred, any points used will be automatically refunded to your account.

Points Expiration​

  • Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned

  • Expired points will be automatically forfeited and cannot be restored

  • We recommend using your points promptly to avoid losing them

View Points Details​

You can view your points balance and transaction history at any time.

On the Points Details page, you can:

  • View your current points balance

  • View points transaction history (including earned, used, expired, etc.)

  • Filter by date

  • Filter by transaction type (credit/debit)

Important Notes​

  1. Points cannot be used to request an invoice

  2. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods, and cannot be transferred or gifted to others

  3. NamesLink reserves the right to adjust the points program rules, and any changes will be announced in advance
