Purchases on NamesLink require account balance. You can fund your balance through prepayment or use seller earnings if you're a verified seller.

1. Funding Methods​

NamesLink supports the following payment methods:

  • International credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Alipay
  • Bank transfer
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • DANA
  • TNG
  • GCash
  • KPlus

Service fees (displayed at checkout) may apply and are borne by the user.

2. Spending Seller Earnings​

If you've successfully sold domains on NamesLink, your Seller Wallet will reflect earnings. You can use those earnings directly for purchases on the platform by turning on Use Seller Earnings.

  • Enable "Use Seller Earnings"

    • Purchases deduct from your Seller Wallet first.
    • If your Seller Wallet balance is insufficient, the system uses your prepaid balance.

  • Disable "Use Seller Earnings"

    • All purchases deduct only from your prepaid balance.

3. Balance Refunds​

Unused prepaid balance is refundable, please contact customer support.

Potential fees:

  • Refund processing fees (confirmed by support before execution).

  • Final amount = Actual received value after deductions.

4. "Payment Declined for Security Reasons"​

If you see the message "Payment declined for security reasons" during checkout, the transaction was most likely blocked by the card-issuing bank or by Antom's risk-control system.

To lift the block, please contact our customer support and provide the following information:

  • Buyer's full name
  • Buyer's date of birth

Our support team will submit a removal request on your behalf.
