MFA Authenticator Setup Guide

Operation Steps

Step 1: In Security Center

• Go to MFA Verification → Select "Authenticator" → Click "Bind".

• A QR code for binding will be displayed on the setup page.

Step 2: Scan QR Code with Authenticator App

1. Download an authenticator app (e.g., Microsoft/Google Authenticator) from your phone’s app store.

2. Open the authenticator app.

3. Tap "+" or "Add Account" → Select "Scan QR Code".

4. Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on the webpage.

Step 3: Enter Verification Code to Complete Binding

1. After adding, the app will generate a 6-digit dynamic verification code (refreshes every 30 seconds).

2. Return to Security Center → Enter the current code in the NamesLink pop-up → Click "Next".

3. If correct, binding will succeed!

Key Notes

1. Time Synchronization:

   • Ensure your phone’s time matches network time (Settings → Date & Time → Auto-sync).

2. Device Replacement/Loss:

   • Unbind the old device in advance or contact our support for assistance.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Verification code always wrong	Check if your phone’s time is accurate!
QR code expired/invalid	Refresh the webpage QR code and rescan.
Can’t verify after phone change	Contact customer support.
